Dried whole plums, high in fibre, antioxidant, 6552 ORAC value, very aromatic and fruity, slightly tart, strong, vegan, raw food. The organic prunes are characterized by an aromatic fruity to sour taste. These plums are very dark to black in colour. The flesh and skin are firm and less soft. With dried plums, it can happen that the plums become sugary, because it is a purely natural product. You can recognize the sugaring by the fact that the plums get white dots on the outside. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality of the plums. Origin and production: We source our organic prunes from Uzbekistan. The plums grow under controlled organic cultivation conditions and the individual work steps are also subject to organic laws. Organic farmers usually cultivate smaller areas. As a result, their way of working is completely different and the contact with nature is much more noticeable. Every organic farmer makes his own personal contribution to the preservation of nature. After the harvest, the plums are washed and then gently dried with the help of the sun. In Austria, prunes are pressure treated. When it comes to printing, the interaction of pressure and time ensures absolute freedom from pests.
