Our organic coconut blossom sugar has a malty and pleasantly caramel-like taste. Coconut blossom sugar is less sweet than regular sugar. The big plus of this type of sugar is the low glycemic index of 35-40! The sugary juice of the coconut blossoms is located high up in the palm trees. The sap is taken directly from the palm trees, collected in a container and then first turned into syrup and then into sugar.
