Our organic porcini mushrooms are very large, attractive slices, sorted and cut by hand, and carefully packaged by hand. Their bouquet/aroma is very intensive and complex. Sliced porcini mushrooms are perfect for refined organic cuisine and processing with other foods.
Origin and Production:
We source our organic porcini mushrooms from forests in organically certified regions. The porcini mushrooms are wild collected in natural forest surroundings, often far from human settlements, but rich in flora and fauna.
After manual harvesting, the porcini mushrooms are cleaned, carefully cut into slices and naturally air dried. Each processing stage is carried out painstakingly using traditional methods greatly benefitting the mushrooms.
