Origin and manufacture:
We source our organic broccoli powder exclusively from Uzbekistan/ Samarkand. The cultivation areas in Samarkand are largely certified organic and are managed by the organic farmers who live there. The farmers in this region have been working according to organic cultivation criteria for many years and are proud of their contribution to the preservation of nature.
After harvesting, the broccoli is washed, cut and then dried very gently with the help of the sun. The drying process used is a very environmentally friendly solar drying method that is extremely gentle on the product. Finally, the dried broccoli pieces are ground into a very fine powder.
Purity:
In Austria, the broccoli powder is pressure treated and checked several times. When it comes to printing, the interaction of pressure and time ensures absolute freedom from pests.
