Our non-de-oiled, gluten-free nut flour consists of 100% organic cashew nuts in raw food quality. We source our cashew nuts from certified organic areas in West Africa and Southeast Asia. Our modern facilities in Austria use a combination of environmentally friendly pressure treatment and spectroscopy to check, clean and select the cashews before they are ground. This is how we guarantee premium quality in every pack. The entire process is done without the use of harmful artificial processing methods. Cashews are characterized by a pleasantly tender (yet crunchy) texture and delicious taste, which has made them one of the world's most popular and sought-after nuts. They are an excellent source of vitamin B1, iron, and zinc. As a flour, cashews are ideal for baking, but also for the production of vegan cheese, the preparation of vegetable sauces and as a protein-rich ingredient for smoothies. The flour is vacuum packed.
