An ORAC daily requirement between 5000 and 7000 is recommended.³

Origin and manufacture: We source our organic Fairtrade date sweeteners exclusively from Tunisia. It is particularly important for Tunisia, in addition to the difficult economic and political situation, to produce fair trade products. Nature takes care of the drying as long as the dates are still hanging on the trees. The detaching of the date from the bush, the sorting and the pitting is also done by hand. A free-flowing powder is then made from the whole dates. In Austria, the date sweetener is pressure treated. When it comes to printing, the interaction of pressure and time ensures absolute freedom from pests.
