Our non-de-oiled, gluten-free nut flour consists of 100% organic hazelnut kernels in raw food quality. We source our hazelnuts from certified organic areas in the Black Sea region. Our modern facilities in Austria use a combination of environmentally friendly pressure treatment and spectroscopy to test, clean and select the nuts of the hazelnuts before they are ground. This is how we guarantee premium quality in every pack. The entire process is done without the use of harmful artificial processing methods. Hazelnuts contain vitamin E, an antioxidant that protects our body from harmful oxidation and thus from free radicals. Hazelnuts are also an important supplier of vitamin B1 and vitamin B6. As a flour, hazelnuts are ideal for baking: Delicious nut corners, nutty waffles and much more. The flour is vacuum packed. The vacuum-sealed packaging ensures a longer shelf life for the product.
