Our non-oiled, gluten-free nut flour consists of 100% organic raw-quality hazelnuts. We source our hazelnuts from organically certified areas in the Black Sea region. Our modern facilities in Austria use a combination of environmentally friendly pressure treatment and spectroscopy to inspect, clean and select the hazelnuts before they are ground. This is how we guarantee premium quality in every pack. The entire process is done without the use of harmful artificial processing methods. Hazelnuts contain vitamin E, an antioxidant that protects our body from harmful oxidation and thus from free radicals. Furthermore, hazelnuts are an important supplier of vitamin B1 and vitamin B6. As a flour, hazelnuts are ideal for baking: delicious nut corners, nutty waffles and much more. The flour is vacuum packed. The vacuum packaging ensures a longer shelf life of the product.
