The sorghum grains are related to millet and are therefore naturally gluten-free. Sorghum flour can therefore be used in low-gluten and gluten-free diets if it has been tested for gluten beforehand! Furthermore, sorghum is a protein-rich grain with good bioavailability. It contains, among other things, the vitamins B1, B2 and B6 and the minerals iron, magnesium and manganese in increased amounts. This pseudocereal also contains sufficient dietary fiber .
