When it is autumnal and damp and cool outside, then it is high time to look for mushrooms in the forest. Mostly hidden, they sprout from the ground and are just waiting to be discovered by us. But what makes our mushrooms so special?

Our organic porcini mushroom pieces are approx. 1-3 mm in size and sorted and cut by hand. The bouquet / aroma is very intense and complex. The porcini mushroom pieces are ideal for the exclusive organic kitchen and for further processing.
Origin and manufacture:
We source our organic boletus pieces from forests in certified organic regions. The porcini mushrooms are collected in the wild, where the forests are still intact.
The forests are often far away from civilization, but in a rich flora and fauna.
After the manual harvest, the porcini mushrooms are cleaned, carefully cut into small pieces and left to air dry. The individual work steps are carried out with great attention to detail and still very traditionally. This has a very positive effect on the mushrooms.
In Austria the mushroom pieces are pressure treated and checked several times. With pressure removal, the interaction of pressure and time ensures absolute freedom from pests.
