Description:

A balanced diet that takes all components into account was and is an essential part of Tibetan teachings.

Our Tibet Mix offers an optimal combination of many different dried fruits and berries such as mulberries, very different exclusive types of raisins and goji berries. Cashew nuts and pistachios round off the sweet taste and give this mixture a light nutty note. The small barberries form the balance of the mixture, because their sour taste balances our taste receptors.

A snack that tastes good and above all is sustainable, because 55% of the ingredients are Fairtrade certified.

Origin and manufacture:

All ingredients are of very high organic quality and wherever there are Fairtrade products, they are of course Fairtrade certified.

Almost all organic Fairtrade ingredients come from three Fairtrade farming groups in Uzbekistan. The farmers belong to a large Fairtrade community made up of 3 groups, Dustkul Bogi, Turkiston Gulba and Turob Bobo. They include around 1,000 individual farmers, along with their families. Thanks to the cooperation with Fairtrade, the farmers can offer their families a secure income and their children a new perspective.

We source the organic Fairtrade cashews from West Africa, more precisely from Burkina Faso.

Arriving in Austria, the ingredients are pressure treated and, if necessary, laser-cleaned. When it comes to printing, the interaction of pressure and time ensures absolute freedom from pests. During the subsequent multiple cleaning in the laser cleaning system, the organic products are checked individually to rule out any foreign contamination.

Finally, we check the ingredients again, put them together and mix them gently so that there are hardly any fragments.

white mulberries, cashew bruch°, Goji berries, sultanas°, Black Beauty raisins°, green Khorog raisins°, wild green pistachios with skin, brown Manuka raisins with seeds°, barberries. °FAIRTRADE certified and grown by Fairtrade producers. Total Fairtrade share: 55%.
