Our non-de-oiled, gluten-free nut flour consists of 100% organic walnut kernels in raw food quality. We source our walnuts from certified organic areas in Uzbekistan and Moldova. Our modern facilities in Austria use a combination of environmentally friendly pressure treatment and spectroscopy to inspect, clean and select the walnuts before they are ground. This is how we guarantee premium quality in every pack. The entire process is done without the use of harmful artificial processing methods. Not only are walnuts delicious, they also have great nutritional profiles. Walnuts have higher antioxidant activity than any other nut and are a great source of vitamin E, sleep-promoting melatonin, and omega-3s. Ground walnuts are ideal for baking and for refining desserts. The flour is vacuum packed. The vacuum-sealed packaging ensures a longer shelf life for the product.
