Sesame also contains lecithin, a fat-like substance that makes the oil contained in the sesame seeds particularly easy for our body to utilize [1 to 3].

Our peeled organic sesame has a nutty and aromatic taste. It was gently dried, processed and peeled. The grains are very pure and have a very good quality. Our peeled sesame is very light to white. The consistency of the grains is pleasantly soft.

Peeled sesame is characterized above all by the fact that its bitter shell has been removed, which allows its fine nutty aroma to come into its own.
