Description:

Our cucumbers grow in the open air, in the middle of a picturesque environment. The growing conditions and temperatures are ideal, allowing the cucumbers to grow and thrive. Our dried organic cucumber slices are thin, very intensely aromatic and they smell pleasantly fresh. They are just as soft and ideal for further processing.

Origin and manufacture:

We source our organic cucumber slices exclusively from Uzbekistan/ Samarkand. The fields and gardens are largely organic and are managed by the organic farmers who live there. The farmers in this region have been working according to organic cultivation criteria for many years and are proud of their contribution to the preservation of nature.

After harvesting, the cucumbers are washed, cut into slices and then gently dried with the help of the sun. The drying process used is a very environmentally friendly solar drying method that is extremely gentle on the product.

Purity:

In Austria, the cucumber slices are pressure treated and checked several times. When it comes to printing, the interaction of pressure and time ensures absolute freedom from pests.
