Our organic gold millet flour has been carefully ground and tested for gluten several times. For the production of the flour, we only use our gold millet grains, which have been cleaned several times. The flour is delicate in taste and contains the typical millet taste, which it is freshly ground. The flour is very fine and has a beautiful light color.

Our organic alpine millet, which we use for the production of the flour, comes exclusively from Austrian organic farmers. We have very close partner relationships with our local farmers. We work closely with you and rely on a very fair cooperation, including a fair price and a fixed purchase guarantee.

Our organic golden millet goes through several different purification steps after harvest. During our subsequent multiple cleaning in the laser cleaning system, the grains are checked individually in order to rule out any foreign contamination. Only then are the golden millet grains peeled in a gluten-free system and then ground. The gold millet flour is then pressure treated. With pressure removal, the interaction of pressure and time ensures absolute freedom from pests.
